Master Class

Saturday November 14th 2026

Lakewood Cultural Center

Lakewood Colorado

$7

This free, cost-of-a-latte class taught by Breegan Kearney is an all-bodies welcome exploration of the poetry hidden in our limbs.

Those who say, "I don't dance" are invited, especially if it is followed up with the caveat, "but I'll try."

If you have a body, you're plenty qualified to attend this class (no artificially intelligent large language models will be admitted at the door, sorry robots).

On the grandiose stage of the Lakewood Cultural Center, we'll investigate narrative movement, gesture, and musical connection. Silliness might occur as we explore the delve into the relationship between the body and mind.

TLDR: It's a movement class, with some improvisation. It'll be a bit wacky but your teacher is obviously a master of something otherwise she wouldn't be allowed to call it a Master Class. All experience levels, ages 14 and up please.
