Breegan Kearney is a movement artist, choreographer, dance educator, and writer based in the Denver area. She holds a B.F.A. in Dance Performance from SUNY Purchase and an M.A. in Dance Education from the University of Northern Colorado, along with a Colorado K-12 Dance Teaching License.

Breegan's performance career spans both the East Coast and the Mountain West. During her time in New York City, she performed in works by Pam Tanowitz, Nelly van Bommel, Annie Rigney, Nicole Wolcott, and Stacey Temple. Since relocating to Colorado, she has danced with T2 Dance Company and Hannah Kahn, and performed in works by Brandon Welch and Celia Grannum Perarnaud. She also frequently engages in site-specific and immersive performance, including collaborative work with Oddknock Productions and the RITHM Project.

A dedicated educator who helped author the 2022 Standards, Breegan currently teaches at Dana Benton's Professional Ballet Program and offers adult ballet classes at Blissfully Yours Ballet. Her extensive teaching background includes serving as Interim Director of Community Education at the Colorado Conservatory of Dance and working as the Specials Team Lead at Rocky Mountain Prep, where she produced community showcases for diverse student populations. In 2025, she was awarded "Best Contemporary Coaching" at the Universal Ballet Competition for her work with Rocky Mountain Ballet Academy.

Beyond the studio, Breegan volunteers for Presenting Denver. She actively contributes to the local arts ecology as a dance critic, reviewing performances across the Colorado front range.​​​​
